Big ideas, real impact. Thoughtfully designed to elevate what matters most.
Program Overview
The Orange Film and Arts Festival has created the Youth Arts Education Initiative as an avenue to provide young people in Southeast Texas with meaningful access to creative education in film, theatre, and storytelling.
This initiative will introduce students to artistic disciplines while developing confidence, collaboration, communication skills, and creative problem solving.
Through workshops, camps, mentorship programs, and student showcases, the festival will create a supportive environment where youth can explore their creativity and develop artistic skills while learning from experienced professionals in the arts and entertainment industry.
The Youth Arts Education Initiative, along with the Orange Film and Arts Festival would like to think the Orange Community Players for use of the Jeff Hattman Performing Arts Center. Without the generous contribution of their facility, we would not be able to perform our camps.
